[Return/Exchange Procedure]

1. Return & Exchange Period

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Fresh or refrigerated foods

  • Perishable goods

  • Pre-order or made-to-order items once processed

  • Opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Items with damaged or removed packaging, seals, or tags

  • Partially used or consumed items

Refunds for these items are granted only at our discretion, unless required by law.


4. Accepted Return / Refund Cases
