They unfortunately did not have this brand of Honey Ginger Tea in stock when i ordered, but they were thankfully able to process my refund quickly and addressed my concerns with care. I am giving 5 stars simply for excellent customer service and because of their willingness to replace the product with an alternative free of charge. Great company.

I ordered 4 bottles of this Honey Ginger Tea, only to recieve 4 bottles of Honey Citron Tea in the mail. I am still waiting on a refund, since the honey citron tea isnt at all what i wanted. I dont think they carry this brand of honey ginger tea anymore, i suggest not buying from here and looking elsewhere if you want this brand of honey ginger tea.
